UH Women Divers Sweep 1-Meter, Cohen Finishes Third For Men

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i women's diving team swept the 1-meter event at the Hawai'i Diving Invite at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatics Complex Thursday afternoon. Douglas Cohen finished third for the UH men on the 3-meter Thursday.

The Rainbow Wahine were led by Stephanie De Lima, who finished first with a score of 279.20 in the 1-meter finals. Freshman Hannah Bocksnick finished second with a score of 278.00 and Daniella Nero finished third with a score of 277.65. 

UH is hosting the University of Wisconsin and St. Cloud State in the two-day invitational hosted at the DKAC. The final day of the invitational is Friday, Jan. 8.

In the men's 3-meter final, Douglas Cohen finished third with a score of 314.45 in the finals and Thomas Rugg finished fourth with a score of 302.20. 

Friday's final day will consist of the women's 3-meter and the men's 1-meter.
