The University of Hawai'i women's tennis team is back in action with a four-match road swing through Southern California. The Rainbow Wahine will face Cal State Fullerton on Sunday, Feb. 7, Loyola Marymount on Monday, Feb. 8, San Diego on Wednesday, Feb. 10 and San Diego State on Thursday, Feb. 11.

 

It will be UH's first competition since Jan. 17—a span of more than three weeks. The Rainbow Wahine (0-2) opened the season with a pair of home matches in mid-January, however their first trip scheduled for Jan. 25-30 was postponed due to inclement weather in the Northern California area.

 

UH will be seeking its first win of the year after starting the season with a loss to No. 3 California and a tight, 4-3 loss to Nevada in the Western Athletic Conference opener for both teams. It will be a tough challenge as two of UH's three opponents are ranked. San Diego (2-1) is ranked No. 45 by the ITA, while San Diego State (2-1) is at No. 48.
