Women’s Basketball Begins Three-Game Road Trip At Idaho

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i women's basketball begins a three-game road trip at Idaho on Saturday, Feb. 13 at 2 p.m. PT. The Rainbow Wahine continue the trip against Nevada on Monday, Feb. 15 and finish against San Jose State on Wednesday, Feb. 17.
 
The Rainbow Wahine are coming off a three-game homestand, going 1-2 at the Stan Sheriff and carry a 9-14 overall record and a 3-7 Western Athletic Conference mark.
 
UH currently sits tied in the win column with Idaho and Utah State for sixth place in the WAC. Idaho is 3-6 in conference and 5-17 overall. Nevada is in second at 7-3 in conference and 13-11 overall and San Jose State is in ninth, with a 1-8 conference record and a 5-17 overall record.
 
WBCA Pink Zone Game
The Rainbow Wahine will be holding their annual Pink Zone game on Feb. 20 against Louisiana Tech at 5 p.m. UH will be showing its dedication to breast cancer awareness by wearing pink and is encouraging fans to wear pink to the game.
