Walk a Mile In Her Shoes Flyer

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i at Manoa Athletics Department in conjunction with the Women's Center and the PAU Violence Program will host the “Walk a Mile In Her Shoes”, an internationally recognized men's march to stop rape, sexual assault and gender violence, Thursday, Feb. 25 at the UH Campus Center Courtyard from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

 

Coaches, athletics administrators, staff and student-athletes will take part and show their support to bring greater awareness towards the fight in preventing violence against women on campus and in the community. This event will help open up communication about sexual violence and highlight the notion that sexual violence does not just affect women but also the men, family and friends who care about them.
