HONOLULU – University of Hawai'i head baseball coach Mike Trapasso released the 2011 UH baseball schedule, featuring four non-conference home series against national powers.

Hawai'i opens the season with 2010 NCAA Regional participant Oregon for a four-game series from February 18-20. They will then host perennial national title contender Texas for a four-game series from February 25-28 before taking a five-game road trip to southern California, facing Loyola Marymount (four games) and Long Beach State (one game).

Also on the non-conference slate for UH are home series against national powers Cal State Fullerton and Wichita State, along with them also hosting Portland, Centenary and Valparaiso.

In WAC play, UH will host Sacramento State, Louisiana Tech and San Jose State, while playing at Fresno State, Nevada and New Mexico State.

For the second-straight year, the WAC Tournament will be held in Mesa, Ariz., where UH won the WAC Tournament title last season.
