Women’s Basketball Alumnae Game Set For Saturday, Nevada Game Follows

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i women's basketball team will be holding its annual alumnae game on Saturday, Jan. 16 at 5 p.m. The current Rainbow Wahine will take on Nevada following the game at 7 p.m. at the Stan Sheriff Center.
 
Nearly 40 former Rainbow Wahine players are schedule to be in attendance for the alumnae game, with about 20 playing in the game, including UH head coach Dana Takahara-Dias.
 
During halftime of the UH game against Nevada, all of the alumnae will be honored, greeted by former coaches Patsy Dung and Vince Goo.
 
The coaches of the alumnae game will be Brian McInnis of the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, coaching the White Team, and Stanley Lee of the Honolulu Advertiser coaching the Green Team.
