DENVER – University of Hawai'i diver Hannah Bocksnick was named the Verizon Wireless Western Athletic Conference diver of the week for Jan. 11-18. Bocksnick won both 1-meter and 3-meter events at the Rainbow Diving Invite.

Bocksnick, a freshman from Edmonton, Canada, won both springboard events at the Rainbow Diving Invite last week.  Bocksnick won the 1-meter with a score of 279.60 and the 3-meter with a score of 331.80, narrowly outscoring her teammate in both events.

This is the second Diver of the Week honor Bocksnick has earned this season. Bocksnick won the first honor the first week of the season.
