Meet Notes
The University of Hawai'i women's track and field team will compete in a pair of meets at the University of New Mexico this weekend at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, N.M.
On Friday, the Rainbow Wahine will compete against Division I schools New Mexico, New Mexico State, and UNLV in the team scoring event, Lobo Challenge. On Saturday, UH along with eight other Division I programs including Top 25 teams LSU and Arizona are entered in the non-scoring competition, New Mexico Invitational.
The Albuquerque Convention Center is the site of the USA Indoor Championships for the next three years and NCAA Division II Championships in 2010 and 2011.
The Rainbow Wahine will send a contingent of 17 athletes to this week's meets.
