UH Divers Complete Second Day At Zone Diving

AUSTIN, Texas – The University of Hawai'i men's and women's diving teams finished the second day of competition at the NCAA Zone E diving championships in Austin, Texas, as they look to advance to the NCAA Championships.

Stephanie De Lima finished sixth in the 3-meter final on Friday, totaling a score of 602.40. De Lima finished seventh in the 1-meter final on Thursday with a score of 545.90.

Daniella Nero finished eighth in the 1-meter final with a score of 533.90 and finished ninth in the 3-meter final with a score of 564.65.

On the men's side, Douglas Cohen finished 11th in the 1-meter final on Thursday with a score of 572.80 and Thomas Rugg finished 17th in the 3-meter final on Friday with a score of 557.25.

The final day of the Zone E events is on Saturday, with a chance to advance to the NCAA Championships still on the line.
