ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. – The University of Hawai`i women's sailing team finished in 13th place at the St. Mary's Women's Intersectional held March 20-21. The College of Charleston claimed the regatta with 110 total points.
A combined 22 races in two division were completed over the weekend. In their second straight East Coast regatta, the Rainbow Wahine tallied 245 total points and got a strong showing in the A division from
Hannah Tuson-Turner and
Hanne Nagatani. The pair finished with 95 points and seventh-place finish in their division. The duo of
Jaclyn McLoughlin and
Darla Baldwin totaled 150 points in the B division.
Next up for the Rainbow Wahine is the St. Francis Invitational, April 10-11, in San Francisco.
