HONOLULU – The No. 5 University of Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine volleyball team opens the 2010 campaign hosting the Chevron Rainbow Wahine Invitational at the Stan Sheriff Center from Aug. 27-29.
UH opens the invitational on Friday, Aug. 27, hosting No. 22 San Diego at 7 p.m. They will then face Kansas State on Saturday, Aug. 28, at 7 p.m. before the tournament-finale vs. No. 16 UCLA on Sunday, Aug. 29, at 5 p.m.

Radio: ESPN 1420 (1420 AM) will broadcast the UH matches this week, live with Scott Robbs handling the play-by-play.

Promotions:Tournament-sponsor Chevron will distribute 1,000 car flags on Friday, 2,500 dog tags on Saturday, and 2,500 seat cushions on Sunday. Each night, Chevron will award more than $500 in gift cards during the promotional activities between sets two and three. Fans can register to participate at the sports marketing table inside Gate A.
