Tournament Notes
The University of Hawai'i women's golf team heads to Las Cruces, N.M. to compete in the 11th annual Price's Give 'Em Five Invitational, Oct. 11 through 13, at the New Mexico State University Golf Course.
The Rainbow Wahine join a 14-team field with host New Mexico State, Baylor, Boise State, Cal-State Northridge, Central Arkansas, Cincinnati, Kansas State, Mississippi State, Northern Arizona, North Texas, Seattle, UC-Irvine, and UTEP.
Golfers will play a total of 54 holes in the three day tournament, 18 holes each day, on a par-72 course checking in at 6,258 yards.
UH competed in the 2008 NMSU tournament, finishing in 9th place with a 930 total (312-305-313). Former Rainbow Wahine, Kelcie Kawano, led the Rainbow Wahine, tying for 15th at five-over par (76-74-77=227).
