Candace Hill set a new World Youth Best in winning the 200 meters in 22.43. The time ranks U.S. No. 2 All-Time behind only Allyson Felix's 22.11. With the win, the sophomore from Rockdale County, Ga. became just the second girl in history to sweep the 100 and 200 meter dashes. The last girl to accomplish the feat is Jodie Williams of Great Britain.
