2012 Honolulu Marathon Invitational Track and Field Meet Performance List

Management for this year's Honolulu Marathon Association Track and Field Invitational have released the "close" to being complete list of competitors for Friday's (4/13) competition being held at Kamehameha Schools Kūnuiākea Stadium Track, Kapalama, Oahu. Field events begin at 3:45pm, with the track events getting underway at 4:15pm

Notable outer-island entries include:

-The Baldwin (MIL) boys stable of hurdlers Kina Malafu, Abraham Reinhardt and Tyler Feitiera, who rank 1, 4 and 8 respectively statewide this season. Feitiera is also the top-ranked Pole Vault entrant, second statewide only to Kihei Charter JR Lucas Zarro, who will compete at home Friday. Reinhardt is also among the top entrants in the Boys Triple jump along with teammate Vili Tolutau. They'll be joined by sprinters Keelan Ewaliko, Aaron Marzan and Ryne Yokouchi, who, with teammate Malafu, make up the #1 Ranked Boys 4x100m relay in the state this season. Ewaliko is also a top ranked Long Jumper. Filling out a deep squad that has what it takes to win their 1st HHSAA title this year are HI#2 Boys Shot and HI#1 Discus Thrower SR Pasoni Tasini, Discus Thrower Miki Fangatua and top-ranked 1500m runner James Pearson.
-Konawaena (BIIF) SR Emalia Galdiera, who will challenge Iolani JR Abrianna Johnson-Edwards in the first of 2 match-ups this season in the girls 100 meter hurdle event. Galdiera lead the pack at last year's HHSAA meet final, until clipping hurdle #6 as seen in this YouTube Video. She is also a contender in the Long and Triple Jumps, and 100m dash. She is joined on the track and in the field Saturday by teammate and defending HHSAA 300m Hurdle champ JR Ua Ruedy.
-The 2011 HHSAA Cross Country Champions Hawaii Preparatory Academy (BIIF) girls, led by defending HHSAA 1500m Champ JR Zoe Sims, who will face off against a talented pack led by Punahou JR Elli Brady in the Girls 1500 meter run; and will challenge HI#1 Iolani SR Breanne Ball and HI#3 Brady in the 800m. Sims, along with SO Kristiana Van Pernis, SO Mariah Haight ans SO Kelly Ulrich will seek to improve on their #4 ranking statewide this year in the Girls 4x400 meter relay. 
-Kauai HS (KIF) SO Kawehi Louis-Diamond, who will compete in both hurdle events. She'll be accompanied by teammates Chelsea Domingo and  Reanna Javinar.
